Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping cost and delivery time. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email support@athoraliv.com right away with your order number — we can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@athoraliv.com with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
