ATHORALIV LLC RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may return Athoraliv supplement and skincare products, when you are entitled to a refund or replacement, and how to cancel an auto-renewing subscription.

1. Who We Are
These terms apply to products sold by Athoraliv LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 595 New Loudon Road, #224, Latham, New York 12110 ("Athoraliv," "we," "us," or "our"). In this policy, "you" means the person who placed the order.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into our [Terms of Service / Terms of Sale at athoraliv.com].
2. Our Return Window
You may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted except where required by law or as stated in Section 4 (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
3. What Can and Cannot Be Returned
Because our products are ingestible supplements and topical skincare, health and safety law and basic hygiene limit what we can accept back.
Eligible for return — only if ALL of the following are true:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, with any manufacturer seal, shrink-wrap, or safety band intact;
- The item is in resalable condition; and
- Your request is made within the 14-day window in Section 2.
Not eligible for return (non-returnable):
- Any product whose seal, shrink-wrap, or safety band has been opened, broken, or removed;
- Any product that has been used, partially used, or tampered with;
- Products marked "Final Sale," clearance, or promotional/free items;
- Gift cards;
- Products returned without prior authorization (see Section 5); and
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
We do not accept opened or used supplements or skincare for return because, once a seal is broken, we cannot verify the product's integrity or resell it safely. This restriction does not apply to items covered by Section 4.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
This section applies regardless of whether a seal has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at support@athoraliv.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will, at our option, send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping), and we will cover any return shipping for that item. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or warranties you may have under applicable law.
5. How to Start a Return
- Email support@athoraliv.com within the applicable window with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Do not ship anything back before you receive an RMA. Returns sent without an RMA, or sent to an address other than the one we provide, may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Return Shipping
For returns of unwanted but eligible items under Section 3:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are not refundable.
- We recommend a trackable, insured method. You bear the risk of loss for items damaged or lost in return transit; we can only process a refund for items we actually receive in eligible condition.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
For items covered by Section 4 (damaged, defective, or incorrect), we pay return shipping.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow [5–10] business days after approval for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for items covered by Section 4 or where required by law.
- If a returned item does not meet the conditions in Section 3, we may decline the refund and return the item to you at your expense, or dispose of it if you do not arrange retrieval within [30] days.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the eligible item under this policy for a refund and place a new order.
9. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal ("Athoraliv Auto-Ship")
If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of this policy.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the interval you selected (for example, every [30] days) and your payment method is automatically charged the then-current price plus applicable taxes and shipping until you cancel. You authorized this recurring charge when you enrolled.
Renewal price and terms. The billing frequency, amount, and product are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. We will give you advance notice before any change to your subscription price, and where required by law we will obtain your consent to a price increase or give you the opportunity to cancel before it takes effect.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, through any of the following, which are at least as easy to use as the method you used to sign up:
- Your online account at https://athoraliv.com ("Manage Subscription" → "Cancel"); or
- By emailing support@athoraliv.com; or
- By calling (518) 288-8482 during Business hours.
Cancellation timing. To stop the next shipment, you must cancel at least [2] business days before your next scheduled billing/renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund an order that has already been billed or shipped.
Refunds on subscription orders. Subscription shipments are subject to the same return rules as one-time orders (Sections 2–7): unopened and unused product only, within 14 days. Already-shipped renewal orders are not automatically refundable simply because you forgot to cancel, except as required by law.
Confirmation. After you enroll, we will send a confirmation that includes your renewal terms and instructions for cancellation, which you can keep for your records.
10. Order Cancellations Before Shipment
You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting support@athoraliv.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is handled under the return rules above.
11. Allergies and Reactions
Our products list their ingredients on the label and on the product page. If you have a known allergy or medical condition, review the ingredients and consult your healthcare provider before use. An allergic or skin reaction to an opened product does not by itself make the product defective or eligible for return under Section 4, but we want to hear from you — contact support@athoraliv.com and we will work with you in good faith. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
12. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us delays resolution; we reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not comply with this policy and to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
13. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and applies to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy waives any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. The current version and its effective date are posted at https://athoraliv.com.
